Our Services

The qualified team at Blueprint have worked on everything from the smallest single room extensions, self build homes up to 800 metres squared and on developments in excess of 100 units. All projects are approached with equal care and level of commitment, to ensure that the final outcome achieves and reaches the outlined brief.

It is vital for our architectural plans to be extremely clear and highly informative. If they are not, it can cost our clients and contractors invaluable time and money on the site. The plans must communicate the appearance of the design to both clients and planners, whilst thoroughly directing the contractors and on-site staff about the construction process. This is an area where Blueprint Architectural Services excel. We continuously strive to improve our service following feedback from clients and contractors to ensure that we are offering the best possible service around.

In order to support this, our office in Wrexham is manned five days a week to ensure that any questions or issues raised can be addressed effectively and efficiently.

Producing quality building plans and designs is not for the faint hearted. Blueprint understand and appreciate the level of trust and integrity that our clients give us as their architectural services provider to either plan the modification of their existing home or to produce plans for their dream home. This level of trust is also apparent when developers approach us with larger projects to maximise the opportunity on land with regards to speculative building.

Disabled Adaptation

If you are disabled or a member of your family is disabled, there may be physical barriers that make it difficult to carry out day to day activities in your own home. Over the years Blueprint have helped many clients to make a positive difference to their lives through adaptation and purpose built properties, some with a view to independent living, areas for rehabilitation, some providing extra space for live in carers. Whatever your requirements we are here to listen to you.
